Hiphop and choreography based mini training program
Here at Tsone, we’re all about learning opportunities that celebrate and respect the culture and origins. The Choreo Tsone is here to provide hiphop dancers an opportunity to be a part of a high level learning and creative process that leans into the real and the raw.
This mini training program is aimed at advanced hiphop dancers who want to focus on hiphop choreography. The main outcome of the program is to build a performance, choreographed by Sophie May.
The piece will be showcased and filmed in Enter the Tsone. Each member of the group will get access to the video material for personal use.
Schedule
- February 5th: audition deadline
- March 5-6th: rehearsals with Sophie May
- March 7th: performance
After the program, if the group is motivated to keep going, we can discuss participating in other events or competitions.
Pricing
Program: 169 €
The price includes:
- 6 hours of rehearsals with Sophie May
- entrance to the event in March
- video of the performance + access to the video
- one freely chosen workshop in Enter the Tsone
- discounts on all the other Enter the Tsone workshops
If the group chooses together to enter additional events, that call for more rehearsals, all members of the group are expected to then pay an additional fee to cover rehearsal-related fees.
How to apply?
Anyone can apply. All applicants must fill in the requested information and send two video links: one freestyle and one choreography video. Check out the detailed information on the registration form.
